Wait another 30-60s → 'Latest auto translation' should appear
Visit /en/test-auto-v0-8/ → the page exists and is translated
Edit the FR page (change a sentence) → republish
Re-check /en/test-auto-v0-8/ after 60s → the new sentence should be translated
Turn off the toggle → switch to another page → check that nothing is scheduled in the journal
